R & R Medical Staffing Opens in 2007

Part entrepreneur, part business visionary Leslie Ross is a woman who wears many successful hats in the business world. As the CEO of R & R Employment Inc, as wells as CFO/VP of Marketing for Personal Touch Specialties & Gifts, Leslie Ross and the companies she works with are on the threshold of major expansion and growth in the coming months. Yet where managing elements of two companies might cause others to give up, Leslie Ross has viewed both not as tasks, but as that both help people and have some fun in the process.

“Richard C. Reilly, my father, founded Personal Touch Specialties & Gifts in 1989,” recalled Leslie. “In 1996, we decided to become business partners and incorporate.” Having worked in the family business for between 1995 and 96, as well as a staffing solutions firm, Leslie had a relatively firm grasp on the way things worked. Combining both her passion for family and assisting those in need of staffing solutions, Leslie continued to work in the staffing solutions sector while running the family business.

“I was already working in the staffing/hr segment when we had the opportunity in April of 1996 to start our own employment company,” the Result was combining R & R Employment Inc with Personal Touch, recalls Leslie. R & R “ provides clients throughout parts of the Midwest with temporary, temporary to direct hire, direct hire, and payroll services.” With both companies, many of the benefits stem from simply providing help to those who need it. “We service industrial, technical, clerical, managerial, and medical companies and are in the process of opening another division to service all areas of the medical field,” said Leslie.

While a self proclaimed driven person, her business growth is far from her inspiration, rather it is in her family and helping people where Leslie Ross finds her true success. “I love my family, and aside from making a living I feel the responsibility to use the few talents I have to better serve people,” reflects Leslie. “We all have talents and it’s up to the individual how they are going to use those talents or ‘lose them. I am a firm believer in giving back to the world more than you take from it.” Perhaps it is this drive to better the community combined with an inventive business strageties that make Leslie Ross someone to watch in 2007.
