What can I do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Practice social distancing – stay 3-6 feet away from anyone as the virus can spread through close contact (especially if someone is coughing or sneezing). Wear a face mask when entereing offices or the workplace, if required on-site. If you are coughing or sneezing – cough into a tissue or into your bent elbow (NOTE: if you are using tissues, dispose of them immediately after coughing and sneezing and wash your hands afterward). Hand washing – Hand washing is the most effective method to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and should be done multiple times a day and any time before you touch your face (you may also use hand sanitizer if you cannot get to a sink to wash your hands).
